I needed some more 😌 necessities for my everyday needs 🙏. After walking 🚶♂️ around the store for a while I noticed alot of merchandise missing from the shelves. I was able to find the items I needed. Now the cashier mentioned a truck 🚚 full of stock would be showing up sooner than later. Lines were long. Just one cashier working 💪 👷♀️. Decided to step 🚶♂️ out of line to use the kiosk machine robot 🤖 instead 😑 . Store was a mess & not organized at all. I definitely needed 2 Tylenol for the headache 😩 😫. Store temperature 🌡 was extremely hot 🔥 🥵. A few customers 😑 walked 🚶♀️ out.”

Called on a Saturday looking for a part (exhaust) for a car I was restoring, I also needed little miscellaneous brackets here and there which I was hesitant to ask about but the minute CJ asked if I was looking for anything else, figured I’d ask and boy am I glad I did! He patiently listened to what parts i needed and said he’d work on getting the parts that he could off before I headed over (1 hr drive). I got there and he had almost everything that I needed ready to go as well as showed me the parts vehicle to see if there was anything else that I’d need. Their pricing was also very fair and well under what I would’ve paid at a dealership or a big brand parts store. Definitely going to keep these guys in mind to hit up first whenever I am looking for parts!”

“Gary Ritter's shop is a fun experience. Gary loves his work and is eager to share his knowledge and help you get the most from your instrument. He has a lot of experience in knowing how to improve the quality of any string instrument. He is the only person who ever explained to me that a common problem is having the tailpiece put in as tight as possible, which does not allow for stretching and shrinking that happens in the transition from a humid summer to a dry heated house in winter. This causes cracking, which is super bad news. Anyway, I moved from a dry climate where I didn't have to worry about that, and I'm so grateful that he could help me prevent the damage! He also installed mechanical pegs in my violin which are AMAZING. They are like fine tuners instead of pegs and they never come loose or have to be replaced. Wow. Life changing. His prices are very reasonable and his workmanship very good.”
