Donivan, the maintenance guy. Geri, the apartment complex manager. Those two are what makes this place great. Has nothing to do with the company. Also, love the upkeep of cleaning the building. One thing I would like to see changed is the recycling getting picked up more often so it’s not overflowing too often as it is now and that the vehicles in the underground that aren’t moved for over 1 year and counting would be towed. Price for what I pay is good comparatively to how prices are in other cities. I’ve had maybe 2 complaints in about 1.25 years. Overall great area to be. Love the low noise level compared to what I have had in the past.

Sarah was 1 hell of a lady even though she couldnt help us further it was still a great place to see :) thanks for the showing wish my credit and evictions werent any issues but here we are on the side looking for a place
