These guys are the best in the business! Taryn helped us find our amazing home! She went above and beyond for us! Jake helped us sell our old home. He was thorough and explained the process clearly. When I was stressing out about the process or when I had questions (I had a lot of questions!) they were ALWAYS there to guide us! I trust the Jacob Olsen Team implicitly!

We are seniors/75 & 77 who lived in our home for 34 yrs. Health issues w/ mobility issues caused us to look for 1 story living during the recent housing frenzy. We were advised by a dear friend in social services, not to sell first bcz ppl could sell, but not buy suitable housing. She was right! We were out bid several times by outrageous cash offers. We finally were able to buy our current home w/the help of an outstanding female realtor! The problem was, now what to do with our current home that was stuffed w/memorabilia, excessive furnishings & aging bodies. Our young neighbors across the street discreetly told us they had sold their house to move to a more family friendly neighborhood for their rambunctious boys & dogs.

Our love and affection for our youthful and ever attentive neighbor of 12 years trumped our loyalty to our very competent saleswoman, so when he recommended using his salesman, Jacob Olson; we committed to do so bcz their house sold on the 1st day without a lawn sign. We love our realtor who sold us our current house, but we had a bond with our young neighbor who always treated us with extraordinary kindness, as if we were his family! It took 3 weeks to empty our house, esp the crawl space, a holding station for memorabilia and office papers. We both worked out of our home and were overwhelmed by the accumulation. It took so much Energy and Time to declutter and downsize! Personally embarassing! We finally got it emptied and said, now, we feel comfortable to call the realtor! We worried that it would be a difficult sale bcz the market changed; interest was up and sales wained.

Jacob Olson came to talk with us and assured us that with correct pricing, we could get our house on the market and it would sell. He was so confident, so direct and reassuring, we knew he was the right person to sell our house. We signed!

We were thrilled to get a call the next day that 4 showings were scheduled. On the 2nd day, he called with an offer, to consider, just as we were out to dinner, Jacob called with an additional caveat of the buyer wanting an early close! We accepted the newest offer and met the next morning in his office to sign papers. The sign had just been placed in the yard, but all other showings were redirected. Hubby and I were content and we could rest easier in our new home! The new owners even moved up the final closing date, so both of our families can have our 1st holiday celebration in new homes! Shortly after speaking with my credit union about mortgages options and buying a house, I got a call from the team about setting up a meeting to chat. Being a first time home buyer and not having a prior connection, I was a little bit cautious. I can say now looking back that I'm very glad that I got to work with the team. Taryn, Jake and everyone involved were phenomenal and helped me close on my first house in a very difficult buyer's market. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying their first (2nd or 3rd as well) house.

The Jacob Olson Team is a great team to work with. I never once had a bad experience with all the homes I looked at. All the members were available during both the week and weekend. I am looking forward to using them again in the future!
