I’m trying to lose weight so it’s nice to pick up a nutritious meal replacement shake or treat that supports my goals and wont set me back. We found their products to be satisfying and taste good. The quality is very good.

Great shakes and staff. Absolutely love it here! Heather makes the best shakes. My favorite is the Carmel Fudge Waffle shake.

Sunwood Nutrition is awesome! Pleasant and fun atmosphere, the ladies working always manage to put a smile on my face, they are knowledgeable and always so friendly! The shakes are fantastic! Especially the banana cream pie! The teas are not only delicious, but so pretty with all the different colors, and the variety of flavors for both the shakes and teas is tremendous, there's definitley a flavor for everyone!
