The company is also amazing in that I called them around 7 PM on a Monday night and Bill and his assistant where at my house by 10 AM Tuesday morning. Our 12-year-old water heater has sprung a leak, so we knew we needed a pro to help us. He removed the old unit, cleaned up the tangled mess of copper lines and left us with a very nice looking water heater installation.
