He was very very funny, nice , knew what he was doing , he was VERY helpful and made the experience very good . He offered us karaoke for fun , it was only us 3 in the store but overall SUPER fun cool guy! Definitely recommend
After visiting our closest AT&T store in Forest Lake and being very disappointed (low stock, sample phones were locked down/couldn't look at the backs and lackluster customer service), we ended up at this location.
Drew greeted us immediately, asked us what brought us in and told us it would be about an hour as there were several customers ahead of us. After our experience at the Forest Lake location, we were cautious but decided to wait for a bit to observe if it would be worth the wait.
It quickly became very clear that Drew took pride in providing excellent customer service, was knowledgeable about the products in store and was very efficient.
Being in such a small space it was difficult not to see his interactions with other customers and the care he took in making sure that they were all taken care of, treated with respect and not treated as "walking wallets".
Not a difficult decision to wait for an hour to upgrade a phone.
When it was our turn, even though it was nearing closing time, Drew was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable just as we had witnessed with previous customers. He even took care of another customer after us even though it meant he was probably there after closing time.
Next time we need to visit an AT&T store we won't even stop at the Forest Lake location and will just go directly here.
I hope Drew gets recognized for the amazing impression he left us with!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. As painful as getting a new phone can be they made it easy and we're able to answer all of our questions and steered us in the right direction for our budget. Thank you Susan, we appreciate you!
I've had to come in a few times recently and I always work with Drew. He is super helpful and friendly. He has been very knowledgeable in helping with trade-ins, plan changes, and troublshooting. We will keep coming back to this store because Drew is so patient and easy to work with.
Susie is incredible! I was having a very difficult time with a recent switch to AT&T and miscommunications between the salesperson I originally worked with and myself. She explained everything and went above and beyond to assist with my trade in devices and returns when another store was unable to process them. This can happen when a business account is created by a 3rd party sales team and is not a reflection of AT&T or their traditional sales staff. She changed the entire course of my holiday weekend with her positive demeanor and initiative to follow this headache through to the finish line. My attitude towards my new service has completely flipped from a disaster to a real 10/10 experience.
Thank you so much Susie, I appreciate you and all that you do. As someone who specializes in client care I hope you have many opportunities to share your methods and big personality with others beyond just your store.
