My children have gone to Optimize for a number of reasons. They attend the workout classes, have seen Abby for physical therapy and individual baseball lessons. Abby seriously is a jack of all trades. She is one of the best physical therapists we have worked with. The PT appointments are not just 15 minute appointments and then you do the work on your own. Abby worked close with my daughter to help her get back to play. She worked at strengthening to prevent her from reinjury.
The private baseball lessons have been been extremely helpful. I have seen a big difference in my son’s fielding, hitting and confidence. Abby is great with the kids and they look forward to the days they have training at Optimize.
I was recommended to Abby originally for physical therapy. My son (11) had a Tommy John injury. We started working with Abby and it could not have gone better. She introduced many levels of physical therapy exercises and band work that he still does almost daily. My favorite thing about Abby's physical therapy sessions is her willingness to put on a glove, analyze his throwing mechanics, and fix the mechanics necessary to not have the injury happen again. They have since converted to weekly throwing for care and maintenance and he has had no further issues or pain. Abby was a true blessing to find and I highly recommend her to anyone that has physical therapy needs!
We also have joined Optimize for speed and strength training. Trish has been absolutely wonderful in working with our group of middle school boys. They train 1-hour per day for 4-days a week. My son is learning so much as well as progressing and making gains. Since they are currently shut down they are offering virtual lessons and I can honestly say they are well thought through and delivered. I believe they boys sticking with the virtual program will not only maintain what they gained but continue to make gains until they can get back in the gym in person.
I truly feel that Abby and Trish care for their clients and want to see them healthy, happy, and successful! We love our Optimize family!!
Abby Rehberger at Optimize Physical Therapy helped me through a shoulder injury that I had been dealing with for months. She went out of her way to follow up with me after hours and was able to diagnose immediately over the phone. I was hesitant to address the injury but with Abby's reassurance and knowledge, I was relieved to know that I'd be taken care of. Abby does her job, and does it well. I would recommend Abby 100% and 100 times over. Thank you Abby for your help, I wouldn't go anywhere other than Optimize Physical Therapy!
Abby Rehberger at Optimize Physical Therapy helped my daughter work through a couple of injuries lately - one involving her shoulder, and the other involving her leg. In both cases, Abby was so informative as to what was causing the pain, helping to resolve it, and providing us with a comprehensive exercise plan to help prevent future injuries. Abby genuinely cares about her clients, is easily relatable, and goes above and beyond in everything she does. She comes highly recommended by me and my family - we're so grateful for her!
Abby Rehberger at Optimize Physical Therapy helped my daughter work through a back pain issue that was caused from being a multi-sport athlete. She implemented an easy to follow and effective exercise plan for my daughter to rebuild her muscles, as well as to help her maintain muscle strength for continued success. Abby worked with our schedules and was very professional. I highly recommend her services.
