“I have lived at North Bay for a over a year now and love it! Coming from an EXTREMELY noisy apartment, soundproofing was my number one priority in finding another place to live. Seeing how the North Bay townhomes are constructed wall to wall, I was a bit skeptical at first but decided to take Nancy's word that the homes are well constructed and I'm so glad I did! The soundproofing is amazing, I never hear my neighbors unless they are opening their garage, it's been such a great change feeling like I have my own space back! We also love the trails around here, the neighborhood is lively and beautiful! One of our favorite activities is taking a short walk over to the residental beach in the evening and walking the trials along the lake, it's so peaceful. This truly is a great place to live! My only complaint would be that in the winter, the lack of plowing can cause a lot of snow and ice to build up and this can become hazardous. But other than that, this place is perfect.”
