“I will definitely go back to this place! The food options at the Tipsy Steer was incredible! Scratch made food and locally sourced food. My friends and I ordered the pickle pizza which was topped with crispy pork belly bites. The armadillo eggs, which was hamburger wrapped in bacon and stuffed with goat cheese and topped with raspberry jam…so good. We also ordered the Bavarian pretzels that came with the delicious cheese sauce. The beer options were also fantastic, something for everyone….even the NA drinkers! “Dry rub and ribs are delicious! The Buffalo hot wings were a bit on the soggy side - maybe I need to try it fresh, right there and then instead of doing take out. Fries are good - nice portion. Potato salad is good - not to strong with the mayo and just enough flavor. The special hot sauce is a bit watery but it goes well with the dry rub wings - it is good but I would prefer just a tad bit thicker. Would give it a 5 after I've tried everything else. I highly recommend!!”

“Lived here since 1975. We've worked with police, fire, water, building permits, and inspections departments on several dozen situations. Every situation, some of which have been very dicey, was dealt with effectively. We've also had contractors come in from other cities, where the differences between Blaine and other cities, mostly in the areas of water and inspections, was inadvertently showcased. In every case, which was at least three, the contractors were blown away by the competence and speed of Blaine. I'm not saying Blaine is perfect. But I am saying multiple outside contractors with a lot of experience throughout the twin cities, the state, and nationally, were taken aback and noticeably impressed by Blaine.”

“Super clean laundromat. It's probably one of the nicest I've been to, honestly. Giant washer and many regular washers available. There are big, medium, and small dryers available. I was able to get a few blankets, a sheet, and a few towels dry in 38 minutes in the largest dryer. I had no problem getting any machine at 2pm on a Tuesday. Plenty of parking available.”

“We arrived at 4pm when kitchen opened on Thurs. Had a great waitress who took our drink order. She talked about the menu and we all ordered broasted chicken but I added ribs to mine. Only one bar drink and it was well made. It took a little bit to do chicken, made fresh. It came with cranberry bread wrapped. A side and Cole slaw. We were the only ones in dining room but the bar had many as they had meat raffle that evening. They have an extensive menu. Will try again.”

Not like the old glory days of the video stores, where people could browse through thousands of movies, and read the boxes, finding a fine selection of new releases and classics.
