“I am traveling x-country in our diesel pusher RV. 2 days into our trip we started getting multiple check engine lights. We had several maintenance people clear the codes and attempt to fix the faults, but never got it right. When we finally took the RV into I-State in Blaine, MN they accurately diagnosed the problem and promptly made the repairs. I appreciated the fact he gave me options and I LOVED, LOVED the fact that he urged me to Google and read the reviews of a possible medication he may prescribe dependent on how my MRI goes. Kudos Dr. O'Keefe!! Many times doctors don't want you to read the patient reviews of possible side effects of a medication. Not that I doctor all the time but I used to work in Geriatrics as an advocate, I have been to hundreds of Doctor appointments, and I had only been encouraged to "Google" stuff one time by a clients cardiologist. It often seemed doctors just wanted patients to blindly follow their lead without questions.. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME AND ENCOURAGING A PATIENT TO BE THEIR OWN ADVOCATE !!!”

The staff was so friendly from start to finish, checked out insurance benefits for me, was super clear about any extra pricing for any procedures/pictures not included in the exam. And the doctor was so cheerful and kind. Plus, the gal that helped me find my glasses was totally patient, and honest about what she thought about certain styles. “I had missed my June appointment because I had Covid then. It was difficult to get a new appointment soon after because there was only 1 hygienist there. Today I was thankful that the hygienist took the time to clean my teeth well. I think her name was Susan. She often asked if I was doing ok. She also explained that my tooth may have been sore because of a ligament. I learned a few things….Getting food stuck in that space could affect the muscles, ligaments and gums. It might not just be a tooth issue.”

Silly there is a $25 activation fee in store but not online, and new customers have no option to choose your phone number other than area code.
