This gym is great for anyone that needs motivation and accountability. The trainers are fit and knowledgeable and walk the talk! They truly care about your health and your goals and will help you achieve them. No matter what age your are!! There is a lot of variety in each workout so you don’t get bored. Great music too!! A fun place to work out. Northbranch is also fantastic and has even more to offer!
Since I started with foundation fitness in March of 2016, I've lost 20 lbs, gained confidence, endurance and the ability to do exercises I've never dreamed of doing-but now love. They push you, encourage you, challenge you and work with you to achieve your goals-not theirs. Best thing I've ever have done for myself in a long time. I've even got my 61 year old mother joining in and loving it!!
Since joining Foundation Fitness I've never felt better. I sleep better and have less pain. I've even dropped a dress size. The workouts are not complicated and can be modified for every fitness level. The trainers are knowledgeable and very encouraging on helping you meet your goals. I've done other boot camps but this is by far the best!
Foundation Fitness is an awesome place to workout, no matter where you are on your fitness journey! The workouts are constantly changing and new exercises are always being added, which keeps workouts exciting and challenging. Each exercise is demonstrated prior to the workouts, along with modifications, so I never feel intimidated! The trainers are encouraging and do a great job of keeping me motivated throughout the workouts!
Excellent training gym. Trainers are knowledgeable and very encouraging. Each day, class is different making workouts fun and challenging. Clients at all classes I have attended are welcoming and help encourage one another to strive through the workouts. Trainers always show how to adapt or modify an exercise so that all levels of fitness ability can achieve their goals. So, if you're just getting back into the swing of things and cannot perform an exercise for the instructed time, you have options. Also, workouts are kept within the times set forth, which is especially nice to ensure clients can make it to their next obligation timely.
