Evolv Fitness Company

Today is my one year anniversary at Evolv Fitness. As of this morning, I’ve lost over 40 pounds in that time. This is not a get rich quick scheme, it’s a lot of work, but 100% worth it!

If you’re like me, you went years finding mediocre success at box gyms and were too cheap to truly invest in your own health. Evolv is worth every penny and then some! I owe most of the credit to Chris, Devin, Nate, and the entire coaching staff at Evolv.

I walked into my first day nervous about what to expect and embarrassed about how I looked (very unhealthy). I left happy, exhausted, hooked, and ready to change my life. The coaching and regiments are slow and careful, so you learn the right technique every time, yet you’re able to scale up and challenge yourself over time. The camaraderie is insanely fun! Some of my best friends are at the gym, encouraging me in a supportive, yet motivating way.

Even during covid lockdown the coaches are crafting at-home workouts, zoom classes together, group challenges, and more.

In closing, I’m down 2 notches on the belt, a full shirt size +, my confidence is back and my wife is happy. A winning formula! My biggest regret is not trying this gym soon.

I came into Evolv Fitness frustrated with my workout regimen. I was going twice a day to a 24-hour gym on my own and still not seeing the results I was wanting in muscle mass. I stepped into Evolv almost a year ago and was hooked after one workout. I started seeing the results I wanted after learning about proper nutrition, sleep and workout structures. JUST START! I joined Evolve Fitness Co. with absolutely zero regular workout regimen, weak muscles, minimal knowledge of how to work out/how to use equipment, etc. Within a few short weeks I feel so much stronger and healthier. The coaches do a fantastic job of accommodating the workouts to your level and help you build. My favorite part of this gym is that it's like personal training in a team setting.

I joined this gym in August of 2019 because I wanted to change the way I looked at fitness. Chris and the coaches are amazing and will teach you step by step movements. This gym and their approach to fitness will transform you quickly. You will not be disappointed with this gym.
