Oh My WOW .... just in a week of at home on demand library classes I am feeling stronger, wiser, in a full body connected state!!!! I am so glad I have resumed taking these wonderfully available online classes from you. Thank YOU Alex for your knowledge, expertise, your ability to individualize to all levels strengths and weaknesses. I appreciate the variety, the flexibility, and ability to do in the comfort of one's home. I have now done 8 classes and will continue to do one each day! Your passion, compassion, and enthusiasm for wellness is appreciated and respected. The Price is Right and the results Priceless for a Young at Heart reluctantly slowly aging body. I started at Summit in July and have ab muscles again! I absolutely love the workouts and feel there is a lot of variety. Alex and her instructors are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Summit Pilates Is a great studio that is warm,
welcoming, and supportive. The class sizes are small and encouraging while providing the perfect balance between challenging and pushing ourselves yet still feeling comfortable in our fitness routine. The variety of classes offered is great! Alex is very knowledgeable and professional in helping each client develop and achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

Summit Pilates has been a fabulous experience from the start. The classes are varied and fun, the instructors are knowledgeable and fun to work with and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is seriously interested in trying out Pilates.
