“A good company to work with. They had some decent trainers that will help you every step of the way and they will only put you on position you are train in so you'll never be confuse on what you do. They do expect to see improvement over time but do help you achieve those improvement as well. The co-workers are friendly, it's a fun and friendly atmosphere, it's a family owned company so you'll know who is who right off the bat. Only minor issues are the parkings and lack of security especially when I was still there but other than that it's a good entry level workplace. Keep in mind this review was for the old Caribou Technologies location in Ham Lake, not the new one in Circle Pines and before their acquisition by Resonetics.”

“Our whole family goes here. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for anyone and any age. Our son has been seen since he was 2 years old (now 5) and Jessica has been fantastic with him the entire time. She explains what everything is and what is she is going to do. He looks forward to getting a new tooth brush and toy from the treasure box each time. Dr. Kay is just as awesome with our kid as well always talking to him and interacting during the checkup. I have had 3 of my wisdom teeth yanked and all of it went very smoothly even with my hooked roots. Follow ups were a breeze as well. Front desk employees (drawing a blank on names you know who you are :) ) are always very helpful and wonderful to deal with. Answering any questions we may have and they do an awesome job dealing with insurance even when insurance is being a pain they will work with you and fight for you tell it is resolved.”

Her holistic approach has helped me not only with my sciatic pain, but with my all over well-being. I have an aversion to the cold sterility of traditional doctors offices generally so I am often reluctant about seeking care. Dr. Carols office put me at ease immediately. It is cozy and feels more like a boutique spa. I feel well cared-for and comfortable in her care.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. B, Lisa and the rest of his team. From walking in the front door to leaving, you’ll be taken care of and treated like a person, not a dollar sign. They walk you through everything they’re doing, don’t suggest anything you don’t need, and are accommodating to your needs and anxieties that are associated with dentist appointments. I truly love that I have found a dentist my family can go to and that they care about them as much as I do. Thank you Dr. B and team! Edit to add: my daughter saw another dentist when she lived in Iowa and that dentist put sealants on her molars. Over existing cavities. Without fixing them. 🤦🏼♀️ Dr. B had some of the teeth covered with sealants down on his “watch list” and when she came back to him two years later, he was surprised at how they were taken care of but remained extremely professional and walked me through the next steps on how we can fix them and how soon he recommends it be done (I chose immediate fixes). Truly an amazing, caring dentist and when the time comes for orthodontics I know he will send me to one as close to as good as him as possible.”

“I’m pretty cautious when it comes to social distancing but my worries were quickly put to rest when I walked through the doors of Lino Lakes Family Dentistry. The office is a large open space to begin with but when I saw the hand sanitizer with a nice welcome message at the door and the waiting room chairs set up to ensure social distancing- I knew the staff was taking my health seriously and that means a lot to me. As for my appointment, it went fast. I enjoyed music and nice small talk during my cleaning which kept my mind off what usually has me nervous (do I have cavities??). All of my questions were answered and I appreciated the friendly & helpful suggestions on how to ensure I’m taking good care of my teeth. The “cavity look through” by the dentist (queue the dramatic music) was thorough but felt quick. My past experiences at other dental offices have had me gripping the the arm rests of my chair in nervous anticipation while trying to figure out what the words and numbers the dentist was saying meant and what kind of lecture I was going to get. But this was a totally different experience. Dr. C was straight forward, detailed and kind. I felt like she was talking to me just as much if not more than she was to the hygienist and instead of gripping my chair waiting for what was to come, I just had a nice conversation about my teeth and even had a few laughs. The best way I can sum up experience is that I left my appointment in a better mood than when I got there and feeling good about the health of my teeth going forward. My experiences with other dentist offices in the past have made me avoid going for LONG stretches of time but I’ve got my next cleaning scheduled and I’m looking forward to my next visit to Lino Lakes Family Dentistry.”
