(August 23, 2022, 1:06 pm)We were there for the state shop hop. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It's a small shop, but creative. They do longarm quilting and even rent time on their machine. We were given a patient demonstration of the process. Great experience!
(August 9, 2022, 12:18 pm)Their work is great! Customer service is awesome! I took two king size quilts in to be quilted. You are greeted with a smile and very friendly staff. Prices are good and they have lots of material to choose from too.i will return. They do nice work.
(August 2, 2022, 7:12 pm)Brought my Juki in for repair and fully expected to leave it for a week or so. Their technician serviced it while I waited, saving me a 200 mile round trip. He was so knowledgeable and good customer focus. I highly recommend them.
(October 27, 2020, 5:48 pm)Great service for anyone looking for an Innova long arm machine! Jim is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Just had our M24 delivered last week and could not be happier. Country Loft is the ONLY dealer we will be using from now on. They also offer an incredible support team and training program.
