(June 6, 2023, 2:43 pm)My 2014 D140 John Deere had some issues and needed repairs. My neighbor looked at it and volunteered to fix it. I took pictures of the parts we needed and drove over to Columbus (near Forest Lake) to pick them up. I explained the issues and showed the pictures to the gentleman behind the counter in the Parts Department. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Everyone was very friendly.

(March 1, 2022, 7:56 pm)I went in the store this week to pick up wheel bolts that my husband ordered. Each person greeted me with a smile. Tom in “ parts “ was very friendly and helpful. Approx ten minutes after I left, Tom called me to let me know that I had dropped something in the store. I immediately returned - to again be greeted by the staff - and Tom and I had a good laugh. He went above and beyond- and this is now our favorite John Deere store
