We reserved a unit online and went into the office to finish up the process. Sara helped us and was very friendly, professional, and overall had great customer service.

Sara informed us that the unit that was assigned to us online had issues with ice buildup so she was switching us to a different unit. She automatically ensured that the $1 first month and price special that we reserved online was honored, despite the new unit being a higher cost in the system. I greatly appreciated her taking the time for that.

The facility is clean and well kept up with. We saw Sara walking around outside looking for and picking up any trash on the property.

Overall, very happy with our experience.

Krystal was great working with. She answered all my questions and helped me switch to a larger size unit because the one I rented was to small. She always asked if I had any other questions, and she was very polite and pleasant to work with. I will be recommending Public Storage to my contacts!

I ordered my unit online and the process was painless! The unit was clean and when I checked into the office with questions Sarah and Paul took great care of me. They were professional and really personable. It's good to know my issues will be taken care of quickly and with a smile!
