“We reserved a unit online and went into the office to finish up the process. Sara helped us and was very friendly, professional, and overall had great customer service. Sara informed us that the unit that was assigned to us online had issues with ice buildup so she was switching us to a different unit. She automatically ensured that the $1 first month and price special that we reserved online was honored, despite the new unit being a higher cost in the system. I greatly appreciated her taking the time for that. The facility is clean and well kept up with. We saw Sara walking around outside looking for and picking up any trash on the property. Overall, very happy with our experience.”

“I was a student at NWPHS for 4 years (freshman-senior) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The teachers all made a genuine effort to connect with the students and worked with them to create the best environment possible. The majority of learning was through project based which I found to be a much better learning style for myself. Every student is different in how they handle project based learning, but I know that it was extremely beneficial for me in helping create leadership and problem solving skills, as well as independence. I think the real secret to success at NWPHS is to take advantage of its opportunities. I was able to participate in two MAAP STARS competitions, go on multiple expeditions both in and out of state, and even took a trip to England in my senior year.”
