Had a great time Krister helped me get through getting a phone a lot quicker and transferring data.

Took my youngest here to get her first phone Saturday morning, around 11:30am on 7/23/22, she was so excited. The two staffers on hand were extremely professional and knowledgeable, informed of us of all our different options, and kept us posted throughout the process of updating and transferring phones. They joked and talked to my daughters and kept them laughing and entertained the whole time. I can't recommend this store enough!

6pm 07/05/22 - Was attended by a young woman there. She was quick with helping us trade in my wife's phone for a new one. The quickest we've experienced at a phone store to the past. So we we're very happy with that.

But a couple of comments:
1. The sales person seemed quite distracted by her own phone. To the point that it seemed like we were interrupting her than her helping us.
2. We were never offered any insurance coverage on the new phone. I believe she may even forgot to ask.

But all in all it wasn't a bad experience. But this sales person needs to be more in focus with customer when helping them and leave personal phone activities away when no customers are there.

My wife and I had an excellent experience here yesterday switching from another provider and updating our phones. Connor the stores manager assisted our daughter Skyler who is a new sales associate at this location with the transaction and it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing new phones (and not just because she's our daughter). Our daughter Skyler is a very outgoing, positive person who loves helping people. If you're in the market for a new phone and want great customer service with zero pressure, ask for Skyler, you will walk out with a smile on your face.
