“Went in just to browse. The low mileage newer year used vehicles at amazing prices made us purchase within 3 days (our time was limited each day for personal reasons so it wasn’t their doing). Rick was amazing and made us feel extremely comfortable. We went in for 1 car and walked out with 2! (They are that good and that well priced) We did visit other dealerships and almost immediately walked out (without trying to be rude) due to customer service being so different! Reggie in finance (we were dreading this and went in guns blazing to hold to our plan) was amazing. He worked numbers a bunch of different ways all that we asked him to do. Gave us some years of experience advice to help us better decide. Was upfront and honest. Was the best finance department experience we have ever had in purchasing vehicles! Thank you Zeck Ford! “6pm 07/05/22 - Was attended by a young woman there. She was quick with helping us trade in my wife's phone for a new one. The quickest we've experienced at a phone store to the past. So we we're very happy with that. But a couple of comments: 1. The sales person seemed quite distracted by her own phone. To the point that it seemed like we were interrupting her than her helping us. 2. We were never offered any insurance coverage on the new phone. I believe she may even forgot to ask. But all in all it wasn't a bad experience. But this sales person needs to be more in focus with customer when helping them and leave personal phone activities away when no customers are there. “I ordered two pizzas, crazy bread combo, stuffed crazy bread and sauce but ended up being 2 hours late to pick it up. It was our fault, obviously, but Juan, the employee there, asked if I had five minutes to wait so he could make everything fresh for me! I didn’t even ask him to re make it and the thought never crossed my mind because it was my problem not Little Caesars. He showed me my order and said he couldn’t send us home with that because it wasn’t hot and fresh pizza anymore. I couldn’t believe it! He went above and way beyond to make the customer feel valued and wanted! It was completely our fault and yet Jaun cared so much about the quality of what they are sending home with their customers that he made it fresh! I have begun coming here more and more because of their customer service!”
