First time ever using this facility. Was able to get an appointment within a few days. This was important when you need to get your pet seen. A little bit of a drive but good road.

My dog is a challenge for vets and is very touch sensitive. Dr. Woods and his staff have been more than accommodating and understanding of my dogs needs. They also have well out of their way to meet his needs which puts me at ease. Not only that, but despite the extra needs and attention my dog needs, Dr. Woods still charges a fair and reasonable price. During the challenges brought forth with COVID and the regulations that businesses have to follow, Dr. Woods took extra measures to help get my dog in for his appointments. Dr. Woods is a very personable vet as well and does a great job explaining the medical issues in an understandable manner as well as still being emphatic. I would recommend Pioneer Animal Hospital to anyone. I appreciate all that they have done for me and my dog.
