We had a great experience working with Jim and his team! They are very responsive to messages and we were extremely happy with our very affordable service. We had a tankless water heater and softener installed in one day and they did a great job cleaning up. We would highly recommend them!

Jim came over within the day after I reached out to him re: a mysterious leak coming from my bathroom into the basement. He identified the issue almost immediately and allowed me to make the decision of fixing it myself (silicone caulking the bath tub) or he could do it. He also fixed a poorly installed bath tub faucet quickly and easily. He was extremely kind, reasonable, and affordable. I plan to refer him to everyone I know!

Wonderful, professional and surprisingly speedy service. Nothing but excellent work which was tested and retested for any leaks. Etc. JIM was very knowledgeable about many aspects of plumbing with 20 plus years experience. He's also a great down to earth guy. I would recommend Z's plumbing to everyone.
