IPS came to our home evaluated our situation and made suggestions. They provided us a very competitive, thorough and flexible plan that provided us significantly better service for less then what we were paying previously with another supplier. The installation was personal and professional. We received training on using the system and all of our questions were answered. We even had some trial runs playing through different situations.
