“Our family went to the self defense class! It was so fun and informational. It was our first class and we left with some really good skills and knowledge. Very comfortable and safe atmosphere. The instructor George was very nice and explained moves well and our children were comfortable. I felt welcomed and that's big when going to a place to learn. Wow! “I am generally happy with my experience with Jam Hops. (If you ask my daughter, she is VERY happy!) The way how they keep the doors open with the restrictions (prior to Nov. 18) was laudable, and the staff were mostly friendly and competent. But communication needs some work. Despite the many emails I receive in a week, there is usually something important not conveyed in all the emails. Some examples include the uniform policy (whether or not to buy theirs, or whether one is required), and switching classes due to low enrollment. With some tweaks, this place could be a lot better. But like I said, if you ask my daughter, she loves it! Any that is really the only reason why we are still enrolled here, despite the newest restrictions.”
