“This is our first plumber experience as we are new home owners. Hometown was the first company to respond and to come check out our plumbing. Unfortunately, I don’t have any baseline to base pricing off of so I just have to take their word that what I’m getting is of value and fair. We were charged 1100 to install a new copper line roughly 20-25ft to our new oven. Mike was on time and completed the work as promised. However, the fit and finish of the install I think is my biggest complaint. Screws were drilled into the joist without drilling pilot holes so one of the joists has been split up pretty bad. Copper tubing looks like a wet spaghetti noodle going up to the stove from the basement. A few other clamps were popped from movement and not fixed. Was it worth 1100? I’m not sure. Will I hire Mike again? I also am not sure.”
