It's a great place ! For the first time in a long time I enjoy coming to work..i adore the residents, it's always fun and interesting to interact with them.
The staff are fantastic--hardworking and fun, no problem too big or small.
I really feel the staff and administration go above and beyond to make this facility run like a well oiled machine. The staff truly care about the residents and their care.
It's really great to work in a place where you can have fun, be yourself and still get your work done.
The training has been fun and challenging, Kay, Deanna and Dana have been really great to work with and are always patient and polite.
David is awesome!! He takes the time to talk with the residents when they have a concern and he makes himself available for staff and employees with a REAL open door policy.
OH! And the food is really good. Some folks don't like the fish, but i think it's prepared very well. The first time I ate here i was really impressed, now I'm a regular.
