“I have had back pain ever since I can remember and it's gotten especially horrible in the past two years roughly. I got checked out (x-rays and such) and they found nothing. I was referred here to physical therapy and I am so mad I didn't come here way earlier! Today was my first appointment here and I was put with Kyle. For starters, everyone was so kind. The woman at the front desk was smiling and helpful. Kyle also was smiling and helpful, but most importantly, he made me feel understood. Once I got the results back from the X-rays and it showed that there was 'nothing wrong with me', I was so upset. I felt like I had been going crazy because this back pain has caused me to be unable to do basically anything strenuous or physical. After only one hour with Kyle, my life has literally changed. I have no back pain and I feel so free. I am able to bend, twist, and move in all the ways I was unable to do before. I was even able to tie my own shoes immediately after my appointment with no pain, something that hasn't happened in at least 4 months. I feel like I can do anything now. In fact, I'm going on a hike later today. Thank you Kyle & Lino Lakes Institute for Althetic Medicine! P.S. I only have to do 1-1 minute long exercise every 2 hours!”
