I was a college student when I started this job and am now employed at a school district but continue to work at Elite summers and school breaks. They have been so flexible and accommodating with my schedule! Elite is my favorite employer and a home away from home. The employees are very friendly and are like a second family. Doug and Kayla treat their employees very well and your hard work efforts are rewarded! The hours are great too with no weekends or holidays (and you still receive holiday pay!).
