Unit was great, clean, and well secured. Facility staff is amazing. Melody made the process of vacating the unit very easy so I wouldn’t get charged for the first of the month. Only negative I have about it is that the price jumped about 30 dollars within 3 months due to originally getting promotional pricing, which the property manager did inform me would happen. It’s just the thought of it getting that far away from the original price was a little disappointing. Stored here for 11 months and would definitely store again.

Krystal was super attentive, readily available and gave me all the information I needed. Amazing customer service! She worked with me on time adjustments because it took longer than I anticipated to get everything packed up. Also made sure I had all of the supplies I needed to get everything tucked away. Thank you so much for an amazing job.

I have 3 units at this location and I have been impressed with the service that I have received from the team. Most of my interactions have been with Melody and she has the ability to make you feel welcome whenever she sees you. When I've had to actually stop into the office, Melody has been very thorough and taken care of my needs. I am moving to the area and if I need additional storage needs I guarantee you I will be using this location.

Crystal and melody are two of the kindness people I’ve met in the storage facilities field. Crystal walked me through my orange door insurance contract well as melody suggesting to reach out to her if I needed further help which I did lol thank you both!

I had the wonderful pleasure of being helped by Krystle at the Robinson Ave. facility. She was VERY courteous and helped me through the entire process. You need to find more people like her as employees.
