“We have been with Rich for a number of years. When we initially moved our insurance through him, he was able to save us a substantial amount of money with the same or better coverage. Now if we see rates going up with a particular policy, he goes to market to see if he can find us a better rate. More often than not, he can. The service is also very good. Recently we had to have a windshield replaced while out of town and Rich helped us through the process and it was pretty painless.”
