“Camping has always been something our family has enjoyed through the years. We have camped in everything from tents, pop-ups, truck campers, and trailers. My wife and I decided that when retirement time came, we would upgrade our trailer to a small RV. One day we just happened to drive by Lake Region RV In Ramsey, MN. It was close to closing time, but we stopped in to get some information on class B & C RV’s. Seth took the time to give us all the info we needed and showed us a couple of units on the lot. We had no intention of buying yet, we were just starting our search. We were impressed that they stayed open for us just to answer our questions. We continued to search a lot online, looking at both new and used. Because of the pandemic and people camping more, finding the perfect coach was not easy. We remembered how Lake Region RV treated us at the start of our search, so decided to stop by there again. Seth welcomed us with a smile and we sat in his office and described what we were looking for. Several weeks later, we found the RV we wanted & purchased it from Lake Region RV’s. They offered me a ride home but I did not need one. Staff very courteous.
