“I am generally happy with my experience with Jam Hops. (If you ask my daughter, she is VERY happy!) The way how they keep the doors open with the restrictions (prior to Nov. 18) was laudable, and the staff were mostly friendly and competent. But communication needs some work. Despite the many emails I receive in a week, there is usually something important not conveyed in all the emails. Some examples include the uniform policy (whether or not to buy theirs, or whether one is required), and switching classes due to low enrollment. With some tweaks, this place could be a lot better. But like I said, if you ask my daughter, she loves it! Any that is really the only reason why we are still enrolled here, despite the newest restrictions.”

“After the 2020 hail storms our insurance company determined we needed a new roof and six new skylights. I called several roofing companies and interviewed staff over the phone. Cory at ERC Construction impressed me the most. As the owner of the company Cory was direct and informative. He did not disparage his competitors, was easy to talk to, and competently walked us through the insurance process. Cory coordinated gutter installation with Leaf Guard making sure we did not lose the original warranty and he was onsite and on the roof during much of the work. “I just want you to be 100% satisfied,” was Cory’s response to any question we had. We definitely were satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Cory and ERC Construction.”

I have since purchased five phones through Metro T-Mobile I have not had any trouble with the service and the only problem that I ever did have with Metro T-Mobile is that when you buy a phone you cannot talk more than an hour on your phone before you can find out you don't like it and want to return it. That is a bad policy for the company but the workers at the company are amazing and they always get me the right phone for the right service that I need. So if you're looking go to Metro T-Mobile off of Able Street in Blaine he is amazing and will help you get what you need.”

“Since this is our second experience, we knew the product would be amazing AND it was. The part that was lacking this time was the communication to schedule the services. We were given no time lines and when I asked I got the run around or no returned calls. I finally received a call days or as much as 2 weeks later with no explanation then the installation would be scheduled for the next day. With the siding, they called from my front yard wanting to start, no notice. Great finished product. We definitely missed the service that was provided the first time around with Adam. Update, we have now purchased a door with them and it's wonderful. While waiting for the door, one of our earlier installed windows cracked! They replaced it with no questions asked! They then returned when we had trouble with the locking mechanism. I can't tell you how much business of mine they will get in the future,they truly take care of you, even after installation.”

“Love this clinic. We found them when couldn't find an opening to bring a dog in. It was an emergency visit. Guys were amazing, I brought the dog in and left her there for less then 2 hours. Doctor Kuan is just amazing, he called, explained, gave medicine. Amanda was perfect also, she spent time with us giving recommendations for our kittens. And they told us to bring the dog for a check up after a week and then after 2 weeks. And they didn't take money for last 2 visits. We just paid for the medicine. For the first visit we paid more as it was an emergency but it's still less expensive than going to emergency hospital. Can also add that there are a lot of people bringing their pets in. Which just tells that those guys are really great.”
