The music is wonderful and the people leading it are genuine and honest and have a heart for the Lord and that is evident through the way they lead. The leadership have servant hearts, working in the nursery on any given Sunday morning. The people are honest and welcoming and care about each other. I would encourage anyone to try it out if you are looking for a home. No need to fill seats but we love to welcome those who need a place to fellowship, grow, and encourage one another in Christ! “Today is my one year anniversary at Evolv Fitness. As of this morning, I’ve lost over 40 pounds in that time. This is not a get rich quick scheme, it’s a lot of work, but 100% worth it! If you’re like me, you went years finding mediocre success at box gyms and were too cheap to truly invest in your own health. Evolv is worth every penny and then some! I owe most of the credit to Chris, Devin, Nate, and the entire coaching staff at Evolv. I walked into my first day nervous about what to expect and embarrassed about how I looked (very unhealthy). I left happy, exhausted, hooked, and ready to change my life. The coaching and regiments are slow and careful, so you learn the right technique every time, yet you’re able to scale up and challenge yourself over time. The camaraderie is insanely fun! Some of my best friends are at the gym, encouraging me in a supportive, yet motivating way. Even during covid lockdown the coaches are crafting at-home workouts, zoom classes together, group challenges, and more.
