This is a magical place. A must see, even if you're not a fan. So much history and so many artifacts. Be sure to purchase your tickets ahead of time, as tickets at the door are not an option for same day tours. The shoes are here as of today, this is called "The Beautiful Collection". It is something to see. I wish we would have had time to take a longer tour. We bought the paisley experience and it was great but I would have loved to see the private residence. Staff was great, many worked for Prince when he was still alive. Go check it out.
Still so sorry that he is no longer with us in life. It was bittersweet to visit here. Beautiful grounds and his eccentric taste was amazing. You have to visit and do a tour! You will have a new respect and appreciation for Prince and his gift of music and talent! The pics are just a taste of the experience. Enjoy
What a wonderful experience. I was happy and sad at the same time. Such an incredible loss of a musical Genius. Our tour guide was very informative and answered any questions. If she didn't know, she didn't hesitate to find out your answer. Beautiful property. Plan to go back and do the "ultimate" tour.
My Prince, I always knew would be successful, and we'll known. One thing I regret is not being there. I couldn't be a good father. All I can do is be there for the ones that are left the best way I can be. I wish I could of kicked it, and got to know you, I went through many names figuring our a name. Many his mother used later. He was my Prince. One of my children that I'll never get to meet, sounds like he was just like me. Party, party, party. Enjoy life. Life can be hard at times, all I can say is sleep, eat, clear your head, and do your best not to give up. Anyone can be pushed to suicide I think, just a matter of how bad will it get before you can't take it anymore. We just have to do our best to keep on keep in on without them cause they aren't hurting anymore. Rest in peace, My Prince. I'm sorry you didn't have me as a good man. I love you son.
What an incredible tour. From the greeting by security, the front desk clerk, to the tour guide it is apparent everyone that works there has a personal connection and respect for Prince and his memory.
Carla was our tour guide and she was informative and you could feel the adoration she had for Prince. She shared incredible details of Prince’s career and peppered in her personal experience of being a guest at Paisley Park when Prince would open to the public.
Make sure to tour this wonderful museum. This is an emotional experience based on the love and welcoming feeling you get just being there. Prince truly was a once in a lifetime artist and lover of humankind.
