J & R COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR

I have a 2009 BMW and have been having air conditioning issues and had it looked at by other shops only to be told nothing was wrong and get charged. At J&R several people got excited about what I was saying and asked me to bring my car in. I left feeling like someone was listening to me and had ideas on what was wrong. Not only did they find the issue and fix it, but the cost was way below what I expected to have to pay. Not only is the AC working like the car was brand new but I left feeling like I was their most important customer. Thanks so much I can't recommend your company enough

Been in to J &R a couple times now and they have always been fair and honest with me. My wife's car broke down this week and we had it towed over. Toby was friendly and super quick to fit us in. They had us up and running in just a day! I got updates over the phone every step of the way and we are back on the road again. Will be using them going forward!

Fast, friendly, trustworthy, affordable. I regularly drive to Chanhassen from out of town; twice now I’ve used J and R with issues that cropped up during the road trip, and both times they’ve been excellent.
