My experience at Youngstedts Collision Center was exception from the first phone call, through the entire repair process, until I picked up my beautifully repaired car. I honestly would give them 10 stars if possible, for above and beyond friendly, courteous, prompt, and professional communication and service. Thank you all!

Excellent service. My car was in a minor collision that damaged the rear passenger door. When I called Youngstedts to ask if they could repair it, the first thing the manager Mike asked me after I said I was in a collision was “Are you okay?” I really appreciated the time he took to check in with me, not just ask about the car.

They took excellent care of my car, worked with my insurance to make sure it was all covered, and finished the repairs within a week. It looks good as new. I’ll be taking my car back if it ever needs repairs again.
