When my original agent retired, my accounts were moved to Jeremy Senn and his team, Jeremy called to welcome me and explained that my accounts would be with his team temporarily. During that time, had some questions and needed to do a transaction. Jeremy answered my questions clearly and his team handled my transaction swiftly. Recently my accounts were automatically changed to another Agent. I spoke to Devon Godfrey, member of the Senn team, and she helped me get everything straight and back to Jeremy and his team. I am happy to be with State Farm and I am sure the all the agents are great, but after working with the Senn agency, I prefer to keep them as my agent.
