Pinnacle Electric has left a lasting impression on me! They were out to help by this morning after I called them yesterday! They did an excellent job installing recessed lighting and repairing our four outlets in our family room. Very professional, with a strong focus on the customer. Mike arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and relayed the likeliest cause. But he didn't just stop there. He took the time to allay my fears and checked our electrical panel wiring for soundness, checked the fan wiring and then made a change to the fan remote code, providing a further explanation and next steps should we continue to experience issues. He is a definite asset and I will happily recommend Pinnacle Electric.

We have used Pinnacle Electric twice. First time, we added additional lighting in two bathrooms and upgraded the vent fan. Was incredibly impressed by the thorough explanations and estimate.
