Alex and his crew were very professional on our deck project. They were friendly and respectful of our space and privacy. They kept the worksite clean throughout the entire process and delivered a great product! We love our new deck and especially our new stairs! Thanks to the entire crew of Jesse, Jason, Adam, Andy, Lucas, Luke, Wyatt, Hayden, Josh and Alex that got the project done in a timely fashion. Iron River will definitely be our first call on any additional projects.

We hired Iron River to remodel our kitchen. Alex managed the project from the time of the estimate and through the life of the project. It finished on time and within our budget. Everything promised was delivered. Very unusual these days. The subcontractors were considerate and respectful of our home, and the work was done with professionalism and great craftsmanship. Enjoyed working with everyone. Would not hesitate to do it again

We used Iron River to remodel our kitchen and repair our guest bedroom resulting from water damage we had sustained in our kitchen. Alex, the project manager, was great to work with and very responsive in helping us fix the damage and complete several nice upgrades as part of the project. He also worked with our insurance company to help make the claims process work smoothly. The project was well organized, stayed on schedule, and was completed with high quality and attention to detail. All crews were very professional and friendly and we'd certainly use Iron River again on a future project. Before and after photos below.

This is the third time that I have worked with Iron River construction and my expectations continue to be exceeded! This past fall, they re-did our deck for us. They replaced a creaky, maintenance heavy deck with a beautiful, maintenance-free deck! Alex took my vision and ran with it! He even suggested a new way to lay the boards for a new modern look and one that would last longer. Jesse, Adam, and Andy were fantastic at tearing down the old deck and building the new deck. They even let my kids "help" with the demo and they were SO excited about this! Each night, they made sure that the site was clean and picked up, that even my neighbors were impressed with how clean it was! I would highly recommend Iron River for any job!

Iron River Construction did an incredible transformation of our master bedroom and bath! They helped us turn a very dull and dated space into something reminiscent of a luxury spa in our own home. Alex, the project manager, was wonderful to work with and amazingly responsive throughout the project. He laid out a timeline up front and even with the uncertain times and shipping delays the project stayed on schedule remarkably well. Alex was very hands on and visited the project site regularly. Everyone who came into our home was great to work with and very professional. We have now done two projects with Iron River and will certainly use them again as we continue to update our now nearly 20 year old home.
