Matt and his team did an excellent job in accessing and replacing our roof and attic insulation on our 50+ year old house to bring it up to current standards. They were upfront in telling us what needed to be done to fix our attic mold and roof ice dam problems so there were no surprises on the insulation removal and roof replacement days. Matt had told us ahead of time that because of the mold damage there could be additional costs for plywood replacement. He allowed for the usual amount of plywood replacement in his quote but because of our mold issue, the full extent of the damage could only be determined once the current shingles were removed. We did need to replace more plywood than in the original quote but we were comfortable with that because Matt had given us a heads up about it and we could see for ourselves the damage on the plywood once it was removed.

His crew were friendly, hard working and did an excellent job quickly. They also protected my plants and cleaned up well afterwards.

We love the look of our new roof and feel confident that our attic mold and ice dam issues have finally been corrected with all the additional ventilation and new insulation added to our attic. No more musty smell in several upstairs rooms and the house is way cooler now during these hot days.

Our neighbor commented on how they did such a good job so quickly.
He told us that he would like the name of our roofer when they need to replace their roof. We are more than happy to refer them and anyone else to Pudas Construction!

Between the hailstorm and wind the last couple of weeks we had some concerns about our roof. We had a local contractor recommend Matt, who had also roofed our 3 season porch. He inspected our roof & did some minor repairs. He was thorough and honest in his assessment. We will use him again.
