Amenities are extremely well kept and clean. Quiet complex. Great people. Fantastic management. Quickly addresses unit repairs.

The Brickstone Estates team does a good job managing the building. The manager is quick to respond to concerns and renewal rates were fair and in-line with the unit upgrades made on the property. My family is enjoying the time we're spending here.

I've lived here for quite a few years and for the most part find it quiet, people friendly and safe. I've met neighbors on my floor that are likeminded and have similar values as me and that is a blessing.

I was skeptical at first as I had some issues with my apartment pertaining to maintenance problems. But after the maintenance issues were fixed it has been a very positive experience. The apartment is beautiful, quite, spacious, with an updated package room, and switched over to key fobs. It was a good transition home!
