We chose them based on pictures of their previous projects, the timeline in which they said they could complete the work, their highly competitive cost quote, and the fact that they are local to our community. We are so pleased with how the project went and the finished product! The general contractor was in constant communication with us on how the project was progressing and when work was scheduled to be done. He was also great about responding to any questions we had and accommodating some special requests. Premier Nests went above and beyond to ensure quality, as well. For example, the bathroom vanity top we chose ended up with some scratches in it. This was brought to our attention by the contractor and was replaced with an even better product/material within a few days (and at no additional charge). Our project was finished within the timeframe stated in the contract and it's beautiful! We are so happy to have this additional space in our home!”
