“My family has been attending COT for 5 years. At this point they feel like our second family. The teachers in Waconia go above and beyond on a daily basis for the kids in this center. Both of my kids have special circumstances and both are treated so well and I really feel like the teachers are invested in their individual journeys to make them as successful as possible and living out their full potentials while feeling incredibly safe and loved throughout the day. The directors at this location are very responsive, open to feedback and are beyond supportive of needs from a parent perspective. We are also so impressed by the activities and lessons coordinated by the teachers. We feel so confident each day the kids are learning while having fun. As a working parent my favorite thing about COT is how much they involve the parents. We’re constantly connected via an app receiving updates and they give parents the opportunity to volunteer and attend in person conferences throughout the year. I’ll be so sad when our chapter closes at COT but for now, couldn’t feel more comfortable with our choice for childcare providers for our kiddos.”

She has had amazing, wonderful, knowledgeable teachers who have a real commitment to learning but also seem to want to have a connection with their students. She is part of the nationally ranked Speech team and also the Equestrian club, two activities that we did not know existed before she started 9th grade in 2011. I can't say enough about the leadership from the principal in this building and the innovation that is challenging my daughter and other's during their high school years.”

“SO HAPPY with this awesome elementary school. We were truly amazed when we moved here and transferred our child into this school. There is a focus on truly customized, individualized learning here, that I just have never witnessed anywhere else. I feel like we discovered a "hidden gem" of a school district, but it's not really so hidden. :) The principal, assistant principal, superintendent of the district, district staff, and all the teachers here are truly on a different "level" of education focus. They truly focus on the success of each individual student through both the core education materials and the basic "human values" of respect and helping each other daily. I am TRULY impressed, and can't say enough good things about this school!”

“These have been an absolute lifesaver for us my daughter was offered one at school when she first started last year and it has completely helped her focus in class . Theres a great variety of different strengths and she chooses to mix them up when she needs to. The Staff have been incredible in designing a custom length Parachew for her as she did chew through the strap . This has lasted almost a year now without her chewing through so incredible strength. She doesn’t like anything around the neck she won’t wear any of the necklaces or bracelets chews but these just clip on to her T-shirt or her buttonhole of her school uniform or a bag which has been the biggest game changer for us.”

“We've been at Kindermusik for the past two semesters and it's been so wonderful for my son. I've seen him become less shy, do better with following directions, and now in his 3rd semester he's becoming a leader in the class for his music buddies. Ms Trish is AWESOME, FABULOUS, KIND, PATIENT...I could go on. My son absolutely adores her! As a parent, I also enjoy attending classes with him and I think the 45 minutes goes by too quickly; it's fun!”

“Ladybug has been my choice of childcare facility since our family moved to the area in 2010. My older boys greatly enjoyed the school age program and my daughter started in the Toddler A room and has since moved her way up into the Preschool Room. I am consistently impressed with the teachers and their level of dedication to the children along with all of the programs that they implement especially in the Preschool room. My daughter is learning computer skills, Spanish, trying a variety of foods and is always happy to head to "school" each morning and cannot wait to tell me about her day. I know that Ladybug is priced slightly higher than other facilities in Waconia, but I gladly pay the little extra because I see how advanced she is for a 4 year old compared to others her age. She is more than ready to head to school in the Fall of 2013. I would never consider switching childcare and would recommend Ladybug to anyone that would be looking for quality childcare in the Waconia area.”
