(February 15, 2022, 10:57 pm)One of our children tripped over our laptops power cord causing damage to the plug on the board. Went above and beyond to help us get this fixed so our child wouldn't be without a computer for at home learning. Will definitely visit again for electronics repair and plan on looking into the products they sell for a laptop for our other child. Update: Had an other issue with the laptop from above getting damaged. Primo gave us our options for repair, inspected and found no other damages, and got us up and running again. Still 5 stars!
(January 23, 2022, 8:57 pm)The folks at Primo are awesome. They've worked on two very different computer problems for me and both came out wonderfully with exceptionally service. Terry diagnosed a particularly odd problem on a machine for me and we worked through the solution together. Without a doubt, they will get my repeat business in the future.
(January 16, 2022, 11:04 pm)Very pleasant experience. I bought 2 graphics cards with waterblocks online. One was bad but the seller wanted outside verification. The owner took time and checked them same day for me. Highly recommend going here local knowledgeable and friendly. Ps they repair gfx cards as well.
