(December 29, 2022, 3:46 pm)Completely satisfied with my experience with Neighborhood, after discussing the best furnace and A/C for us with my sales person, they were out the next day to install both. Greg and Cam did a fantastic job, they were very friendly, answered all my questions and explained everything for me. They arrived ahead of time and had my units installed very quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys and this company.
(September 30, 2022, 8:29 am)Mike was great and super friendly. Discussed costs before starting any work. Fixed my clogged kitchen sink and then stuck around to run a cycle on the dishwasher just to be sure everything was working right. There's a service fee just to get them to your home but overall very satisfied
(September 4, 2022, 11:28 am)I called at 8:00AM and they had a technician at my home by noon the same day. I found out I needed a new AC unit and it just made sense to replace the furnace as well because they were both 26 years old. . . Install was scheduled for the earliest day possible (I called the Friday of Labor Day weekend so Tuesday was the earliest it could be done). Glen was very professional, provided me with options for pricing, and explained the overall process from start to finish. Thank you, Glen, for all your help! There’s a reason these guys pop up second in a search for heating and cooling repairs! They are amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs or maintenance for their home, and they do more than just heating and cooling.

They were able to put together numbers for me however Glen took the time to identify where the issues were coming from as well as what are the best remedies to avoid issues down the road. Great service!
