We had a leaking water heater last friday and we were very happy with the response time from Mike. He gave us an estimate over the phone in the morning and was out that afternoon to install the new water heater. He actually had to change out the one he originally got for us due to size constraints where our water heater is located. They still got the job done that afternoon and we didn't have to worry about going through the weekend with no hot water. We will definitely use them again
Great service, quick call back and same day service. Wonderful communication. The initial pump failure was quickly fixed and a cracked pipe identified and also fixed. It brings peace of mind to find a responsive, quality plumber.
I live in Richfield so they travel throughout the cities where services are needed. had a near worst case scenario where the plumbing corroded underneath the house but luckily I didn't have to mess with the main sewer or dig to the road. They broke the concrete under my house and fixed the plumbing issues outstandingly.
Because they had to break the concrete where I eventually wanted a toilet they also installed a toilet for only a minor increase (when compared to original quotes I received) since they were already working in the same area.
They were extremely kind, transparent, and they noticed a couple things wrong with my other areas of plumbing (kitchen sink plumbing stability and furnace leak) and fixed those free of charge since they were there and were "minor" fixes.
I'm very happy with the amount I paid, service I received and the result of the project. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
Very fast call back and and great service. I can't believe how fast they replaced the water heater, and, very reasonable price. Have worked with them a few times over the years and will keep going back! I'm also really pleased to see him doing apprentice training, gives me hope that even after retirement there is a next generation trustworthy plumber coming up in the world.
It's nice when a plumber backs up their work. Mike came out and replaced an outdoor faucet that froze last winter. He improved on the installation. He did not charge for his labor. He got it done quickly and stayed in great communication.
