“The owner is a really great guy. My new (used) tub was sitting outside in the winter, full of water, with the heater and circulating pump not working..and every other service company I could find was closed. His schedule was too booked to have him come take a look at my issue in time to prevent freezing, which is understandable as it's the week of Christmas, but he was nice enough to talk me through the problem I was having and gave a couple of suggestions that ultimately ended up fixing my tub and avoiding it from freezing up.
