He gave us an estimate over the phone in the morning and was out that afternoon to install the new water heater. He actually had to change out the one he originally got for us due to size constraints where our water heater is located. They still got the job done that afternoon and we didn't have to worry about going through the weekend with no hot water. We will definitely use them again”
