“As a brand new resident to Minnesota I recieved above and beyond the family treatment here, in February I received a college career offer from the greater St. Paul area, and relocating 1469 miles from Pennsylvania was rather daunting for me. Peter was fantastic at communicating and clearing the background check and forms to me before I had even left the state, and even rescheduled my touring of the apartments due to a delay in departure until March . After arriving I had the most awesome first meeting with Mary, who took the time to explain everything in depth to a first time renter as well as explain much of the locale to me, recommending local restaurants and historical attractions . I was given all the time needed to view the apartment. I mentioned a slight dislike of the floor plan(entry door opens into living room) , at which point Mary took her whole afternoon to tour me through three other apartments in Chisago City and Lindstrom, allowing me the same grace of time in each apartment to evaluate and make a decision, after which we went to sign the lease. A minor hiccup kept us from being able to allow me to move in, but Mary took her St. Patrick's day Friday evening and tracked down the owner to get his signature( his phone ran out of power late in the evening) (thank you Mary, I know it took your whole day from you to find him and I'm thankful to you, Peter, and the owner for making this all happen so fast and so easily, I know I was a tangled ball of nerves ) and kept in constant contact to assure me that we were getting this done today, and I was beyond happy to get the paperwork completed at the stroke of midnight. I'm grateful to have a family of motivated landlord's such as them(Peter, Mary, and the owner) and it has motivated me to immerse myself in my community and the environment of the state of Minnesota. You guys are the best, and I love my new place here💝💙”
