Harry and his team did a wonderful job on our basement finish! He kept on time and within our budget!

We recently had our kitchen remodeled with SACS and it is beautiful! They were great to work with and we are very happy with how the project turned out. They gave us ideas to make the space work well, but didn’t pressure us to choose their ideas over our own. We would not hesitate to hire them for other projects in our home or recommend them to others looking to do a remodeling project.

It’s hard not to gush compliments about how fantastic of a job Service Associate Construction did. The project we had in mind for our home was no easy task. We gutted and transformed (most of) the first level of our house into a massive kitchen and dining room. Kris, EJ and their teams went above and beyond to make it a reality. From the initial meeting at the Blaine Home show to the final walk through, we had a realistic timeline of progression and communication of how it would all take place. They thought of details we would not have and helped walk us through the big decisions with ease. Each team brought into help were complete professionals but so friendly you would think that we were old friends. Service Associate Construction was worth every penny and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Working with Service Associate Construction Services and Kris Shideman as project manager has been great. They worked with me to stay within my budget. They provided guidance in picking out the flooring, vanities, surrounds for the tub and shower, railing for the entry along with all the other items needed that I didn’t know about. They kept me updated on their schedule and when there were product delivery delays. They made sure the work area was cleaned up each day. They also always explained what needed to be done and why in a way that I was able to understand. I would highly recommend Service Associate Construction Services.

We had Service Associate Construction Services as our general contractor for a large addition to our house. Harry did an excellent job executing our plans. He was great to work with, had excellent sub contractors, and kept us well informed through the whole process of the job. We are very happy with the results and have recommended his services to many.
